I’m over 28 years deep into my educational journey and I still walk into school each day with hope and optimism.

I smile a lot and try to make the lives of those around me better.

I like to stretch my brain by learning, reflecting and engaging in discussion with students, teachers and my fellow administrative colleagues.

I believe in the power of education and it’s ability to make positive change in the world.

I believe that if I make a difference in just 1 student’s life then I have done my job well.

I believe that if I can help 1 teacher learn to reflect and grow then I have done my job well.

I believe that if I can push 1 of my administrative colleagues to move out of their comfort zone then I have done my job well.

I believe that life is good.
